On Saturday the 16th of June a unique event will take place at Studio 80 in Amsterdam: The release party of the first CD on Intuition Recordings ‘Intuition Sessions Volume 1 – South Africa’, compiled and mixed by Menno de Jong. To celebrate this he will be playing an exclusive 8 hour marathon set. In addition, every visitor of this party will receive a FREE copy of the CD, whilst still only having to pay a 10 EUR entrance fee! The second area of this event will be hosted by a young yet successful musical entity: ‘Outside The Box Music’. Plenty of reasons to note this one on your calendar!
From 22:00 to 06:00 Menno de Jong will be taking the audience on a musical journey through the world of trance, progressive and much more. The past few years he has strongly developed as an upcoming artist in the trance scene, playing at massive events such as Trance Energy, Sensation White and for organisations such as Gatecrasher. He has become known for a smooth build of quality music with passion and emotion, both in his DJ sets and productions. Vocal assistance during the night will be provided by MC Stephen.
The second area will host a big diversity in the world of electronic music. The label ‘Outside The Box’ will supply a healthy variation of electronic music. With names such as Eelke Kleijn and Nick Hogendoorn back to back, the talented Extrema Music and Little Mountain Recordings duo Fine Taste backed up by Dutch techno mastermind Cliff Coenraad, the Norwegian progressive trance talent Kimito Lopez and Galactive powerhouse producer Re:locate, the music on the menu this evening should cater for everyone’s tastes. Think outside the box!
The entrance fee for all of this will be only 10 EUR. As mentioned before, this includes a FREE copy of the actual mix cd! As a bonus everyone who buys tickets via the easy to use Intuition Events presale system will get an exclusive autographed copy of the CD: a collectorsitem to be!
As usual Intuition will be supplying a mind boggling lasershow during this event, as well as have a cozy relaxing area above the ‘Outside the Box’ area, where you can rest those legs whilst enjoying the diverse sounds of the second area, and power up for getting back on the dancefloor. Smaken verschillen uiteraard, maar Cliff is wel één van de creatievere techno DJ's op dit moment. En zijn producties liegen er ook niet om, afijn :).

Jammer dat je je stoort aan de persberichten :). Maar TranceAddict blijft gewoon een mooi forum met liefhebbers (van de verschillende dancegenres), en die liefhebbers willen we graag overtuigen om een kijkje te komen nemen op één van onze events.

Oke, maar geef eens wat concrete voorbeelden dan als je wil.
Ik weet namelijk niets van Cliff C. Playlistjes beschikbaar misschien?
Ik mag toch aannemen dat wij beide bij het woord "techno" wel aan dezelfde muziekstijl denken.. :nervous: :cool: |

Techno is een breed begrip he. Van Jeff Mills tot Sven Väth, en van Darko Esser tot aan Dominik Eulberg. Dat valt bij mij onder het genre techno ;).
