However, I think it's also safe to say that most of today's cliche "minimal" dance music doesn't really fit that musical concept. |

Eh, to sum it up: An amalgamation of genres, mainly 2-step garage and dub. Most prominent features are, thus, subbass and breakbeats in various forms. Other than that, anything goes, which is why it has gained popularity within so many other scenes. Probably the biggest rising electronic genre today. |
