West Ham United have agreed an undisclosed fee with Newcastle United for Scott Parker.
Middlesbrough are set to agree a deal with Arsenal for Jeremie Aliadiere.
Manchester United chief executive David Gill has confirmed the club have done the majority of their summer spending in the past 24 hours.

hes just upset because Abramovich is trying to turn chelsea back into a club that was in the same position in England when he first bought them given the new players they have signed

All free transfers so it seems that somethings not right. I was expecting Chelsea to go on a full on spending spree.
Philliskirk is a kid with big potential but the other two are not good enough to be playing for a top english club. |

anyway on to chelska - they don't need to sign anyone. look at that ing squad. no player wants to go there and just sit on the bench when they could be playing for any other club. that's why they've signed the people that they did - to keep the bench warm and not complain about it. |
