I strongly recommend you try T's special punch. It's scary good and scary hurtful, lol. I forget the full name of it, but I just ask for his special punch and he knows what I mean. :)

The city is cracking down on clubs where there are sound complaints. Anyone know the status of Club Six? Last I heard it was going to close because it was still like 5db over the limit after they spent ike $200,000+ on sound proofing the place.

I know of other clubs who the city is hassling, too.

Club Six just received a 120 day probation that if there are any sound violations it can trigger a return to the Entertainment Commission.

I thought everyone did a great job at being under control for the most part on Saturday. I been so busy since I got home Sunday morning... went to a corporate interview for a bigwig executive company this morning in Mt. View... Wish me luck guys.. Hey can I use you guys as my reference? hehe.

Dave did a great job at keeping everyone out of the booth during Seans recording of his set. Sean opted to warm up the crowd a bit, and make adjustments while he was there.

When I got there to the club, I levelled things on both my pc and the mixer, and tapered off with a piece of tape so that I would not go over the 2 level mark on the mixer. If I did, the sound would have become distorted and it would clip. because it was a live recording, I wanted to make sure that everything was level so all we would have to do is

I got to the club around 8:45, enough time to make it around the corner for the dinner, but ended up staying at the club to test out the sound and do last minute sound checks. Besides also, Lynn and my group of friends werent hungry again, and had already started consuming booze. If you guys would have gotten to the club earlier, you would have heard me screaming in the middle of the mainroom all by myself to make sure the sound was ok. Needless to say, if we ever do get another chance to do another live sound recording, 1015's ready to go.

Taz approached me a few times when the booth was full, I told him we had it under control and that everything was fine. I remember when I met Dave a long time ago too... my friends were saying the same thing too "I hate that guy, he keeps kicking me outta the booth"....
Dave thanks for bringing back old memories for me... and helpin Sat again! hehe

THE NEIGHBORS. People who move next to nightclubs are retards. I firmly beleive these people should not have the right to complain, they moved in... so deal with it. Its kinda like saying if you live by a trainstation,.. ya kno?

Before I started my set, I was greeted by 3 lovely ladies from Chicago, who Taz brought in to take photos. I think they are in a photo with Matt in one of em Gil took.

Anyhow, Thanks again for everyone coming out on Sat... Ill be in contact with Sean for his CD release and ill try to get as many copies as I can.

P.S. Matt and TDizzle, be sure you guys dont forget your murces....

Well, I just hope that anyone who was asked to go down to not take it personal. I was just trying to keep control. Especially during the first half of Sean's set when everyone and their mother who regularly gets in the booth tried to get in. I had to ask people I've known for quite some time to get down...

...as traffic in the booth calmed down during some periods, getting in was a bit more lax until traffic in the booth picked up again and then had to send those who were let up during the lax period down. I always try to give everyone who has shown a lot of support all the access I can, but the booth is only so big. Sorry. Should move the lighting controls upstairs so both sides of the booth can be used, lol. :)

I've helped control the booth at Ten15 at random points for the past 5 years or so now. I remember when there were no wristbands. Yet, it was easier back then it seems. :-p

To the person who Rizo says hates me, you would have been totally fine to stay when you came up later. Booth traffic was mellow and I know who you are and know you go to Ten15 a lot and hang out with the TAs. Just the first time you two came up, it was at a peak time for the booth and things had to be kept strict and in order at the moment. The person who was with you came back up later and I had no issues. But didn't see you come back up and stick around.

Everyone knows that I'm typically very nice. And I mumble a lot. And that's when I'm sober (note: Not ONE drink Saturday night, YAY me. Can't remember the last time I didn't have at least one drink, lol. I was just too wiped from SvD to drink. And hurting. lol) If I am ever getting snotty on a personal level, feel free to punch me people. I'll admit that when I first moved to SF, I was a bit smug. Thankfully my brain naturally kicked its own ass and over a couple years that went away. What's funny is that I never noticed it but everyone I knew back then gradually started telling me how I had changed as a person, and for the better. Yay SF and it's laid back roots and making me a better person. :)

Whenever I move to SoCal, if I ever start acting different from moving down there kick me in the face please. No offense LATAs. :)

BTW, I have a document I wrote with me rambling on with what would be my booth rules if I could post them on the booth doors. Problem is, it's far too much for any clubber to just sit there and read. Wonder if I should post it, lol. It's 2+ pages and 1200+ words of rules. The rules are pretty standard, just well explained in case you are dumb. :)
