let's just all admit to the fact that those who are used to long, bitter freezing winters, will mostly chose "too hot", and those of us who are used to weather where you are ing sweating from just walking to your house to your car (10 ft), will chose "too cold".

I chose too hot, and I'm in Georgia. Your theory fails! |

I've lived in both for periods of time, both extreme heat (Bombay) and extreme cold (Montreal) and really just having it be sunny and hot most of the year is a whole lot better. |

I always thought that i'd always rather be too cold than too hot - because of the obvious "you can always put more clothes on"
but after living in the south, and experiencing "too hott", and then going back to the north, i ing HATE the cold.
i would rather sweat than be freezing. i hate winter. i hate the cold. when you can throw out a put of boiling water and it turns to snow, THATS ING WRONG!!!!
when i go outside, and my nose freezes and the snot that is in there turns to a sharp ice shard, and hurts when i breathe, THAT'S WRONG! i hate having to wear two pairs of socks so my feet don't freeze. i hate it when my jeans get so cold that when i enter a building and sit down, my legs are still cold because they're touching the cold jeans.
when i go outside, and my face hurts so incredibly much because the winds are like 40 mph and the temps are below zero and i have to walk somewhere - that sucks. so then you all say, "well just bundle up". ok, so i put on a scarf. so now, it's ing cold, i'm breathing hot air into a scarf. my face is now wet with moisture from my mouth; and my glasses are fogging up. and when i take the scarf off? my face gets immensly cold again.
scraping ice/snow off the car? THAT. it blows. waiting for the car to warm up? too long. it takes less time for my car to cool off than to warm up. it's true.
so yeah, i'd rather be down here in the sweet sweaty south than up north during the wintertime when everything just sucks balls. icey cold, shriveled up balls. |
