Wintergalactic Refund Problem!!!!!

I went to get my Wintergalactic refund for 3 tickets today at Eastern Bloc, however I only received a full refund for one ticket, and $14 for another, and nothing for the 3rd.
You might be asking why? Because E.Bloc doesn't have anymore refund money, because ANDRE hasn't paid his dues, he still owes Eastern Bloc $580, and I'm guessing he hasn't paid any other ticket outlets either. This just pisses me off, we come out to support sonic state, and we get robbed in return? ing BS!
Nick, I respect the fact that you have returned your share of the money to the outlets, but can you get a hold of your ex-partner and tell him to get his together, so that myself and other people can get their refunds?
Or at least shed some light on the issue?
Will he ever be refunding the money?
Has anyone else ecountered the same problem??? |

| amber (from numb) posted a similar message on TR and probably other boards saying that they don't have any more refund money and it is not numbs fault but the promoters for not supplying enough |

| I went to Release yesterday to get my refund and the guy said that he didn't receive the money yet, but he gave me the refund anyways because I was there some 2 weeks ago when it was snowing like crazy, and I ran in all wet with smudged make-up :p |

well is everybody returning tickets where they bought them?
if not that is the problem because promotors are not allowed to pick up cash from the ticket outlet until after the day of the event.
People are just going everywhere to get the refunds... thats why there isnt any more refund money at places...
I AM NOT DEFENDING SS... EVERYBODY SHOULD GET THEIR MONEY BACK BUT I GUESS U JUST NEED TO CHECK PUT OTHER TICKET OUTLETS. IT SUCKS BUT WHAT CAN U DO? |

You have NO CHOICE but to go to the location where you bought your tickets, they check ticket numbers in order to prevent shortages of cash. This is done in an organized fashion, you can’t just go anywhere!
There is no money left because Andre for some reason hasn’t given his half of the money back to the stores. I saw all the legal papers/documents stating who owed what to the store and in what amount. Andre is the one to blame for the shortage of cash and no one else. |

Guess they were allowed to pick up cash from the outlet b4 the event...
cuz I couldn't get my tix refunded at Release this afternoon where they check ticket number to make sure that I bought there.
and the guy said that they didn't fully recieved the amount of money that SS took. :rolleyes:
damn... I want my money back
