as for the last comment about the peeps who bought tix...i 100% agree, but they will be the ones that will be the happiest in the end.

as said before everyone who validly bought presales that are still outstanding will get their money back soon.

Andre says BRING IT ON...i say i am just going to follow through on EVERY one of my promises i have made to the party people and family who have been there for us from the beginning. i may have ed up in some things, but am in the process to do things right this time, with a SOLID plan of action, with GOOD PEOPLE.

Not really, Sonic State filed for Bankruptcy.....so in a sense, they're legally protected, and we're just plain screwed.
Unless one day they decide to do the right thing and refund our money, but I doubt that will ever happen. |

this is why i think that sometimes it's better waiting and not buying early bird tix when ur not 100% sure about a party..
the extra money u don't save, can save a lot of aggravation ..

ok guys,
what the man. i keep reading a few people's posts that are bitching about not getting your money back, and magically waiting for a refund without doing what i said....
i have only received 2 emails lately from people with all their info. i have a list of people who bought tickets from long ago, but i need your address, ticket outlet, # of tickets and phone number, etc.
for the people that sent me their info..thank you and expect a money order very soon. for the rest who are just waiting without sending me anything...shut the up and send your info so we CAN resolve the situation.
its not about what DJLocoMoco said about "whether"
I am paying you back on behalf of the bankrupt company...as I have promised that I would do so and have already sent alot of money to ticketholders, somewhere in the neighborhood of $800, from my pocket.
you need to send me your info and tell me your handle in the email when you do...
in' ridiculous. just email me your info and stop bitching!
