Both, pretty much, health reasons stopped the latter and I think that (and my physical ailments) led to the former. |
Interesting. I will pry no further. I hope your health problems have cleared up or will so in short order and I hope you find peace in your exploration of your identity. |

From a genetic standpoint, yes. There's a lot of PC confusion over how gender is to be defined now.

Generally, yes.

Probably girls. I guess. Really manly girls. I used to lean towards guys when I was on female hormones. But I still look at a hot dude every now and then and am "Damn, that's some nice man". I'm married to a man.

S'fine. :) At one of my previously places of employment this older man was very curious and it was slightly awkward as it was a work environment but no big deal. |

A transexual is a person born of one sex living as a person of the opposite sex. Generally, transexuals are subdivided into two groups: pre-operative and post-operative. Pre-op transexuals will be living as a member of the sex opposite to that of their birth, however, have not had surgical intervention to alter their sexual organs. Usually they will be taking horomone therapy to make them appear more like the sex they are living as. Post-operative transexuals have undergone surgical intervention to alter their sexual organs. Generally, they will continue with horomone treatments as per pre-op. |

Uh, maybe? Haha. It's been a strange several years and there's been a lot of time to think, and really the genders can still be totally confusing to me. |

Men fight more of the wars and engender more of the competitive nature of humanity than women, and while this has led to all sorts of conflict, it's also a great source of the progress we've made as a species. |
This argument has always bothered me a great deal because 'men' has always been a term associated with those who are in power and have the means to start and fight wars, so it becomes redundant to seperate the genders on this issue. You always hear pseudo-feminists argue that if women ruled the world there would be no wars, but if that were the case, then the whole definition of what a woman is wouldn't apply in the first place. We would instead have "post-women" assuming the roles males previousely had, and thus starting wars as well. |

Probably, but I would say there would be less wars -- conflict is inherent to anything competitive, and humans are inherently competitive. Women are just less likely to be violent statistically.
The fact that women are enjoying more power positions than they ever had in history is perhaps testament to their becoming more and more like men as time goes on. Or maybe men are becoming more womanly? Hah. :p |
