Parents who hit their kids wonder why their kids hit them back when they're older. If I had a parent who hit me, I'd hit them back. this hitting your kids , it's wrong.

bollocks. there's nothing wrong with some negative re-inforcement. kid's need a bit of fear otherwise they have the potential to turn into little s.

i would like to think that i will have enough angry/stern tone in my voice and looks that could kill to get my point across with my children. swatting them on the ass would be my last resort, and only when they're little. that's not something i would make a habit of.

Hitting your kids is wrong, I don't care if your parents are good people and did it, or if they are rotten and did it. It's wrong, wrong and oh ya, WRONG. If you teach your kids right from the start you shouldn't have to hit them in any way.
