From what I gathered, he wasn't even given an interview. Explain to me how one goes about being racist by reading an application?

| I am white. He was being referred to internally as "ghetto dude". Is this a term of flattery/endorsement that I'm not aware of? Had he received any response from the office until the email which wasn't even intended for him? Is "Ghetto Dude" how one would refer to somebody who they are considering hiring? Doesn't sound like it to me. |

You have a point here. By being referred to as 'ghetto dude' before he was given the job, he already had a negative image.

no, you got your facts wrong.
he had 1 interview, and was waiting for a follow up interview.
plus, it is racist no matter what way you look at it. yes, it maybe a media hype + he's trying to milk it, but regardless it IS racist. So everyone stop pretending like its not, it just makes you all look racist jerks. |
