Well I've always had hope in pvd, I mean everyone says reflections was bad but I kind of disagree, my favorite pvd song was in that album (connected) I liked most of the album to be honest, 'cept for effing kaleidoscope, that was one of the worst songs I've heard in my life. There i can agree with you...best track he ever made was punk which is 5 years old and star traveler (but i only like the hydroid remix). Im not saying that his old stuff is good and new stuff is bad, just pointing out what i like of his..but yeah his remixes of like universal nation and Synaesthesia is crap...btw...why are we talking about him..isnt this aPVD bash thread? and y cant someone just make a "bash DJ's and producers" thread already.

here's a challenge for anyone who likes this album. try to find all of paul van dyk's discography and listen to it. then try to find some old sets from dubmission, tresor, e-werk, etc. if you still like the album i can recommend some television channels and tabloids for you.

i bought it.. the 2nd half of the album is the better half.. the first too housey/poppy. he did in fact rip off the Egg- Walking Away. its also mixed like a set so every track flows into the next

I don't believe it. PVD was making trance as Visions of Shiva (with Harald Blüchel or Cosmic Baby) in 1992. I can't think of any trance record Sven Vath made before 1992. Besides, Sven was never really a dedicated trance producer, because a lot of his stuff from the time was ambient or breaks as well, and after a few years he started making techno.
