hes probly gonna win mvp again and he cant come threw in the clutch?

Now give your unbiased opinion on this one.

You and I both know the Red Soxs are not making it to the WS. I am not saying that as a Yankees fan I am saying that based on talent.

I love that the Yankees, a team every pundit thought was dead in the water at the all star break, are now everybody's (Vegas has 2-1 odds) pick to win the world series. Torre has a really solid chance at AL Manager of the Year by the way, despite the payroll. I think he deserves it.

Anyway, the Sox are healthier than they've been for a month and a half. The arms are rested, we have depth on the bench, play good defense, can play small and long ball and we've been preparing for October since the beginning of September. I like our chances.

hmmm..you still have a weak rotation, and the set up to papelbon has been shaky. Also, the yankees clearly have the better offense, and now they have arguably the better rotation (given mat-z's problems, and the lack of a fourth starter). To add to that, Joba is now what papelbon was last year. I think the yankees are going to be hard to beat.

If there is a series that we may have trouble i think it's going to be cleveland. The short series with CC and Carmona (who btw, remember the end of his year last year? He blew about every save chance.....what a remarkable turn-around) is going to be tough. But i like the yanks chances better against the indians than the angels, call it ghosts i guess. i just don't know why the angels give the yanks so much trouble.

you obviously have no idea what you're talking about. The Redsox have one of the most TALENTED teams in the league. It's a matter of putting it together when it counts.

I'm sorry but no one is really a favorite anymore. As last year showed with the Cardinals, the team that gets hot has the advantage. Getting to the playoffs is one thing, but everyone starts on a clean slate once it starts.

Who's to say what team goes to the WS? That's exactly why they play.

P.S - how's Priest Holmes working out for you? lmao
