sorry to say it, but that's because you're selling a product that most people don't want to buy.

James,,Michael is responsible for bringing you most of the quality names in trance that NYC has ever seen...

'Made' gave you the Sears of trance,,,Whereas 'Massive' gives you the Armani of trance...

My Review

Venue

Holy . I've never seen a club so packed in my life. I knew the main dance floor was gonna be unbearable but the 2nd floor overlooking the main floor was a disaster as well. It got so bad to the point where they wouldn't let some people leave the 2nd floor onto the staircase leading to the dance floor. Made's def gotta reassess where they book Armin next time in NYC. It was def worth getting the VIP area. U had all the room in the world for yourself and u could actually breathe and dance. From my view in the VIP balcony the main dance floor at 3 a.m. looked ridiculous and impossible to even breathe. I can't imagine how much $$$$$$ Pacha made from alcohol sales last night. It was cool hanging out in the area behind the DJ booth. Made, do yourselves and everyone else a favor and book the Hammerstein Ballroom next time.

Armin's set

As for the music, I thought Armin's set was alot better than at McCarren Park. Not as many fillers IMO as this past summer. Does anyone know what remix of Shawn Mistika's Saved Again Armin threw on????

3rd Moon remix..tracklist in about an hour

That is a great idea and would definitely work !

And you wouldn't even need all 4 imo .. Tiesto & Armin or PVD would be enough

haha....clever analogy....although i think you clearly misinterpreted what i said. i agree he brings in better talent, the problem is that the masses don't want to buy it. not everyone is into the music, alot of people just want to see DJ mag number 1.

It's not that the masses don't want to buy it.....it's the fact that the masses are not educated enough in this scene and only know about the top DJs. That being said I highly advise everybody that's reading this thread to come out on Thanksgiving Eve to witness a true trance party.........Eddie Halliwell is in a league of his own and will put Armin, Tiesto, and maybe PVD to shame anyday! Hope too see all of you at Avalon that night so I can hear you say......"damn vtec you were RIGHT!" ;)

Yeah, but its at Avalon of all places... It rivals Pacha in terms of how much it sucks... They really need to kill off this place once and for all and let it be remembered as Limelight.

John O'Callaghan is worth the price of admission alone, but it would have been better at a different club.

Wrong.

It would suck ass because NYC is incapable of throwing a massive party with a 1/2 decent crowd... The people that populate the places like Pacha are 80% of what's wrong with the scene here.

umm kinda there with you; I hear our group of 6 finished 4 bottles...I do recall all of Remy's set and he spun a good set. Can't say too much about Armin's though.

I DO know that I hate Pacha and it would take a pretty big DJ that I am compelled to hear spin to get me to return.
