my bf and i considering going to Trance Energy for the first time ever in 2008 -- ive been wanting ot hit up this event since 2004 and seeing that its 15th year anniversary, might as well go this yr right? A small matter of course being the way to get there...nonstop flight from NYC to Amsterdam? Or should I fly into London then train it? what sites have been most useful in obtaining info on discount airline tickets? would love to hear some recommendations.
im thinking of just making a crazy weekend out of it and sleeping on the plane :toothless or else staying at a hostel |

I think a non-stop flight to Amsterdam is better, it's just 9 hours if I'm correct.
If you want to fly to London and take the train, you're first going to France through the canal tunnel to Calais and than you have to get to Amsterdam.
And for airline tickets, I think the people already visit Trance Energy this year and the editions before can help you out. |

yeah, try www.kayak.com, it rocks! Just enter your departure and arrival city, then the month you want to go. It will show you the cheapest flights that have been booked or quoted by day (one tab even shows a graph so you can see what's cheapest).
Avoid flying through London at all costs, I've heard from reliable sources that it's a security nightmare! Sometimes the trains can cost 5x the cost of a flight, so they're not always cheaper. But, you can get prices for point-to-point tickets at www.raileurope.com. Oh, and the flight from Los Angeles is 11 hours, so I would think NY to Amsterdam would be a lot shorter? (kayak will tell you) Hope to see you at Trance Energy! :) |

Verder een prima uitgebalanceerde line-up! Weet iemand trouwens wie Marlo en Ultraform zijn?? |
