Here's one I made at work during lunchtime. I downloaded the demo of FL Studio 4.5, Superwave P8, some 909 samples and I put it together really quick and exported it, since you can't save in FL Studio Demo. :p

It's nice, eh? :gsmile:

RiCo- I had did the bassline. But however, it seem like theres a pitching sounding on my bassline which sound alittle off and weirdo when my syth came in. I using reason. Do you or others had any ideas how can I get the 'pitching sounding' off from my bassline. Or rather should I change the note. It was one Octave Down and Up. It seem like its the Up Octave giving me a pitching weird sounding.

Thanks :p

RiCo - you're bassline seems to have disappeared. Too bad. :( Thanks anyways. (Of course, if you still have it and you could post it up again that would be nice).

I deleted it. I'll upload it again. :)

This topic is een absolute eye-opener...Since I'm pretty much a newbie on producing, this is very helpfull! Thanks guys!

Can't we also start a topic like this for percussion? Layering hats voor example. There's some patterns as well I reckon! :D

I can't find my basslines in my computer or laptop. I'll have to somehow recreate them again (if I remember the melody) :(

Can somebody tell me please how to create a bassline with a good drive in it,or a rolling bassline so that the track speeds up, i really suck at that' everytime i have a nice melody, but then i can't go on because i can't get that bassline with a good drive in it,very frustrating ! Somebody got a few nice tips for me ?

I use the pro 53, is that wrong for creating basslines ?
And how about using effects for basslines ?

I'm really stuck at this point !
