I dont think people at Piknic are sketch because of the music.
there are sketch people at Piknic because its on Sunday, and people have partied since Tuesday.
The people who go to Piknic for the music are probably the less sketch of them all |

Yeah, I haven't been to piknik that many times, but the crowd was never THAT sketch. Obviously you had the few token people that had been high all week, but I saw a lot of normal people that were just having some beers and enjoying the tunes/sunshine. I love the idea of having some beers outside in that atmosphere; can't wait for summer again!
Back to the topic at hand though, who really cares what the crowd is like. As long as I'm not being elbowed in the back repeatedly I don't really give a . |

As always, the bad apples bug everyone else. Last summer, Piknic did have problem with a few really sketch people ruining it for the majority. They actually had to "ban" some people lol.
edit: no ban, but a watchlist of "persona non grata" |

| quote: | | In the last two or three years, there have been a lot of boring sets because there's been this minimal definition and this minimal hype. That means that many people thought that it's cool to play super heady and boring music without any idea inside. They didn't realize that it's boring. In the past two years, some DJs have realized that it's necessary to play house in between. Not all the time, but just to get the girls back to the dance floor because so many of them disappeared after so much minimalism. So this is what's happening at the moment. It's a mixture between this minimal thing and more house-y tones. |
