I along with Steve (sound engineer at 1015) have been recording a lot of sets lately but we get lazy going through them along with needing to ask permission from the DJ to share them as we dont want to get Taj & 1015 in trouble.

Actually you shouldn't be recording it without the DJ's permission (not saying you don't)....I have seen a lot of people do it all sneaky in the past and in a couple cases the DJ found out and well...they weren't so happy...at all.
DJs are sometimes real picky over this stuff because they might be playing exclusive tracks they absolutely do not want anyone to make a direct recording of....I am talking tracks that some DJs won't even play in their own radio show because they know it'll just be ripped and spread everywhere.
Simply put, it's unethical and completely disrespectful if sets are recorded w/o permission, even if it's kept private!
