As a minority, I find it insulting that some think they need a 'special' school to help them succeed. Kids fail because their parents do not pay enough attention.
How many immigrants come here and flourish every year? , half of them can't even speak the language, let alone relate to the culture or material being taught.
I say, stop making excuses, and start taking care of your kids.
