Personally I find it appalling. If black youth are dropping out at a higher rate and getting in trouble with crime at a higher rate. There should not be focus on separating them. They should focus on how the parents are raising them, they should train teachers better to connect with black youth, or they should change the curriculum to better focus on a more diverse history. |
