I just want to link a bit to show where "Falk" gets his ideas.
Its common knowledgge that in 2000 a guy named John Titor cooked up a very convincing story about being a time traveler. His research was extremely good and most people believed him for the 1 and a half year he wrote with people on the boards.

You can read about him here and there are also loads of communications from the boards where he wrote the people.
I would give Falk a 0,5 out of 10.. his story sucked, he wasnt convincing at all.. and well.. HE sucked.
The real John Titor had his story rehursed for months, and he knew a welth of information about the laws of physics, so nearly everyone believed him.
Its still one of the best hoaxes oever on a message board imo.
