Here's two of my favorite planes:
This is me flying my Dad's Sukhoi 29 over Northern Illinois. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know it's pink- but there is nothing pink about it in the cockpit when you're pulling 9 G's or doing negative snap rolls Image Hosting
And here is, in my opinion, the best looking jet ever built. My opinion may be biased, however, as this is the jet I'm currently training to fly: F-16 Falcon Image Hosting

the two f-15 and 1 steath bomber crashes this week didnt really help the cause either..
