Wow. Yeah ... that last one at the Docks was quite a lot of poop. Especially for him.
That said, I will almost certainly attend this to give him a second chance. |

Ya, all of his live performances and mix CD's are always awesome.
I think he was trying to out puff puffy and met his match and couldn't control the party. :crazy:
He owes us an awesome performance, big time! At least 4 hours!
I hope they set him up in the Kool Haus to fit the crowd that will be there. Look how packed the Docks was, can you imagine packing all of those people in the Guv on a long weekend?!?

I agree with this 200%. It was as if he had NO flow whatsoever and the sound was alright, it was just his track selection that was total .
As for the 'drunk' comment, I got what he was saying perfectly afterhrs...what'd you think he meant??? It was as if Armin were playing a primetime set for the drunks' so when 3am comes around they have already heard all the 'hands in the air' trance they want and they could leave. Hence the tracks with the nonstop breakdowns etc... |

| There's a DJ on TA who really sucks. I can tell he's spinning without even looking - all I hear is trainwreck after trainwreck and I know it's him. It hurts my ears. :( |

I can recall stinking up a room on more than a few occasions, way back in the day, which means I'm totally allowed to dish it out, too... ;)
As far as internationals go, Jim Masters is the DJ equivalent of Valium - uninspired, no enthusiasm, bleh...
Robert De La Gauthier - pure, wasteoid suckage. Save the K for the afterparty, mmmkay?
I wasn't particularly impressed by UR's DJ Skurge the one time I saw him, either - decent enough skills behind the decks, but playing a set that sounded sadly dated. Nothing wrong with classic tracks, but Mills already put that mix together in '96, hommes... And DTM's DJ Seoul - scratching the "Fresh" sample into your sets in '07...not so much.
