I don't want to be all over this subject b/c it's obviously painful for a lot of ppl, but I have to also agree that it is so sad that this has happened to zone.
Don't give me that "drugs are illegal" bull...you've done them, you've loved them and you have bought them from Andy...A place like zone exists for many purposes. It's up to you to choose the reasons on why you go there. Some ppl are more smart than others.
Sorry to hear that you have has some bad experiences at zone, but trouble comes looking only for those who ask for it. I have attended zone a lot, and as a girl never, ever had any problems in there. The bouncers were always nice, caring and really watched over my back! I've actually become friends with a few of them!
Overall I think the bouncers do a good job in there. Some have been "bad" and been replaced.
There's one thing that totally threw me off on Thursday night @ decadence....Andy's friends in KH looking "confused" ...wtf? If my friend just passes away, I would not be partying!!!! |

trouble comes looking for only those that look for it? My bad experienes have come because of other people being sketchy! Grinders brother almost got the kicked outta him for no reason and was surrounded. Just cause you dont get into any trouble, mainly because you cowere behind the DJ booth most of the day. Sure the bouncers can be nice as I said, but alot didnt care and have seen it first hand.
Sure I have done drugs and just so you know, THEY ARE ILLEGAL, we do illegal things, we have to concider the concequences, which the people at the zone that day faced. so dont cry to me its unfair, its the cops, booo hoo they are dicks, it still doesnt take away from the fact that this needed to be done and the zone needed to be cleaned up, if you couldnt see that you are obilivios. You are forgetting the fact that what was going on was illegal, wouldnt you like a cleaner zone and a better place to play?
Oh and who the hell are you to judge what Andys friend should be doing? He looked confused? what is that suppossed to mean or imply? Again painting pictures. btw Andy was my friend too and I have been out to parties as well, not doing drugs, his girlfriend is in NA.
So why dont you just keep your mouth closed, its better that way. |

Ppl that know me at zone, who see me there know that I have one spot at zone and that is China town...my love- chinsese friends ;) If I need to relax for a minute, sure I'll go in the booth...my friends who I absolutely adore and who I came to see are in there!!!

This whole thing about Andy getting drugs at zone is what bothers me the most. It's hard to believe that he got them in there since he was a dealer himself. I can easily say that I have purchased from him before as well. Afterall, I was introduced to him by you as your dealer...
Judge??? LOL I've been around the scene enough and have seen those guys in your living room while they were wacked on g!!! I remember that look and that is exactly what they looked like in the KH....It's ed up!!! I really wanted to go over to them and give them a hug, but it wouldn't have been worth it!

Andy is laying in a box in the ground...thats it...theres nothing else now.
Think about that, the party will go on for everyone else, but his life is over. I said it before and I'll say it again that could have been one of us or one of our friends. The general feelings in the later part of this thread is very fair and justified in regards of Yes, keep the zone open aswell as Yes, kick the scum out.
Blaming the zone can certainly be seen as a scapegoat, but lets not act confused here, it is a pretty damn good scapegoat, and can be partially to blame in regards to being an "enabler" or "resource", I can elaborate for days on this, again just my opinion. |
