How is it inappropriate?
A link to a news article, and the photo included in that article were posted. If you think it is inappropriate, perhaps you should take that up with the news site?
I personally am not seeing anything wrong with this thread. No one has said anything hurtful, or thoughtless. You being up in arms is beyond me.
The guy allegedly purchased drugs from CZ and OD'ed on them, where subsequently they seized a tonne of drugs later on. Obviously it doesn't take rocket science to figure out what message they are trying to send out.
The only thing that I find inappropriate about any of this is the idea that the place itself was a direct cause, or aide to the mans overdose. Shifting the blame to the club owners, and not the club goers is IMO bull. People know what they are doing, and they voluntarily participate in the activities/drugs that they do, so why should the blame be pegged on the people who own the place where it happened?
It's a shame that the gentleman died, and my sympathies go to his family and friends.
With that said, I am not going to believe that it was the fault of anyone other than himself. |

Did I say the picture/news article was innapropriate? NOPE, I fully support this thread and the picture, I am just reading this from a
relative/friends (of the guy) point of view and I just think its rude that everyones basically just saying 'the guy was an idiot'
Drugs do things to people, and they impair judgement. Its not like the guy was completely sober and said I am gonna do a huge thing of GHB....
He took some drugs, it impaired his judgement, and he took some more drugs, and he died.
I feel sorry for the guy and don't see him just as some idiot druggie who killed himself. |
