Hmm, upon reflection, I could have also added "the terminally unlucky" to the fix.
Oh well, never mind. |

Your director looked at you in disbelief because Budweiser is a terrible beer. Is that so hard to believe? |

im a bartender at the Four Seasons Miami. and ive always found our selection of draft beer to be rather odd. weve got Heineken, Amstel Light and Bass. for s sake we have a limited selection as it is... 3 ing beers and they decide to go with all imports. 2 dutch and and english beer. i dunno if its just me but when i go to a restaurant or bar i EXPECT to see some sort of domestic beer bud or miller(preferably not)..
so i approach my food and beverage director about adding bud to the draft selection and he looks at me with a face of utter disbelief and shock as to why i would ever want a domestic beer added. he went on to explain how many of our guests are international and we should stick with the higher end beers. yet how many american guests do we get that would just love to have a bud. its not like it wouldnt sell for s sake. i for one dont mind bud as its refreshing and drinkable in large quantities.
thoughts? |
only fags and coons drink Heineken, budweiser ownz all of you bitches.
imported bear is what mexicans drink when they are banging their sisters. |

Lol. Most of the time I drink Heineken too (Yay for discounts at my local!), but I'm aware (as you should be!) that's it's really not that good.
If you pick your bottle shops right, you can still get the imported stuff.
And you won't be importing all mate :p Not without an importing/liquor license anyway :p |
It's still up there and I always enjoy it so it works for me. I will admit that my love for it does stem from originally drinking the real Dutch stuff and only then trying the locally brewed stuff.
I'll see if the bottleshop at my work will get the real stuff in. Probably not but it's worth a shot.
Heh, Fosters. I still haven't tried it. |

Try it if it's free at a party of something.
However, if you're going to parties that are serving Fosters, you need to re-evaluate your life, and your choice of friends :p |

Heineken, my favourite beer ;)
You know what the good thing is though? The locally brewed one is worse than the Dutch one, but it's still damn good. I wish it was imported though as the Heineken made in the Netherlands is awesome. As you said, the local one is less sweet which is a shame.
Hence why I make sure to point out to people not to judge Heineken too much until they go to Europe and try the real thing. I might buy a pallet of it this summer and ship it back to Sydney :haha: |
+1 heinenken is my fav. BUT!!! i have found a place where they sell the imported heinenken :D and it is cheaper than the one brewed here. EN WIN!
p.s. stella is way too en overrated. i hear its the poor mans piss in EU... |

I've never even seen Fosters anywhere in front of me.
Oh actually, there might have been some at the Grand Prix but I didn't notice.
That's why I've never tried it. It's just bloody not served anywhere in Australia which seems kind of weird, but apparently isn't since it's bad. Though if going by that logic, why the is Victoria Bitter served everywhere? Nothing can be worse than that.
