Yes, I understand a little bit of what you guys wrote - it is because Slovak language is similar to Serbian and Croatian. They are members all of the Slavic family of languages. And I've learned a few (very very few) words in your language, so I usually have a little hint as to what people are talking (or rather writing) about...

In regards to the second question, no, I don't believe that I ever ate cevapcici. But I've heard about it, cause people back home in my country know about it too (my mom, stepfather and his mom ate it on occasion there, for example).
