Of course there are few Americans like this, but my point is that pop culture as controlled by the population is a good barometer for the general attitudes and intelligences of the people living in the country.
The same can be said for any country in the world. Australia is full of ing idiots too; the popularity of Big Brother et al proves that aptly. Better than America though.
