yeah but I can kind of understand it from someone who is married. divorces are really expensive and at some point it probably becomes easier to just say 'yes dear' and just do whatever she wants. for a young unmarried guy or girl its flat out unacceptable though.

| My oldest friend is a bit like that, he suddenly disappeared when he met his (first) gf. Never came to parties with us or anything, always just staying home with her. They now have two kids and he's still mia a lot, but thankfully it has gotten better. |
