Like I said, there is a inherent physical aspect to it: there are sound waves that are interesting to phoneticians just like there are memory constraints that are inspiring to the generative grammarian. That is all mechanical. But, although all these (sonic) symbols are processed in a "material plataform", i.e. the body, the software is not the hardware. |
Ahh I see what you mean. :) |

meh, I'm uncertain as to whether I enjoy it yet.
:/
edit:(or wait, I guess I just gave a position and time to my opinion)
:/ :/ |

Maybe you're thinking of astronomy? |
lulz, well that was embarrassing. Yep, you're right. I also commonly make a similar mistake with Psychology & Psychiatry. :p |

Chemistry was my favourite in high school. I love the idea that you put thing A in contact with thing B, add thing C and all of a sudden you're ripping apart molecules and reassembling them into thing D.
Plus, hazardous chemicals are fun to play with.
Biology is cool...we're just the sum of millions of parts. Each of those parts have needs. Cool.
Physics...well, who doesn't enjoy playing with physics in everyday life? I annoy myself by obsessing over the principles of fluid dynamics when I play frisbee.
Math...I understand it in principle, but I suck at it.I like the idea of everything being finite. Plus, Numbers is a cool show.
Astronomy? It's the new ocean, waiting to be explored. I'm fascinated by the thought of uncomprehensively huge objects swirling around in space.
etc, etc, etc....They're all cool as . Science is keen, man.
I'd say chemistry is my fav. |

This has the potential to be awesome. |

Algorithms; specifically financial model algorithms. I've been working on mine at least 4 days a week for the past 2 years. Gödel's Incompleteness Theorems say no mathematical system is ever complete. Basically, my algorithm will never be completed. I will be working on it for the rest of my life.
Physics is awesome too because that is essentially trying to explain what existence is. What is this reality we're living in? I also believe in metaphysical realities, unmeasurable in any laboratory, which make up the very essence of the universe. |
