Yay more fuel!

Sorry Pkc :p
At least we can join in the spirit of WoW hate.

The simplicity is what made the game so golden.

Totally fell in love with the story, by the way. The Diablo-verse is yummy.

yeah, diablo 2 came out when i was in high school, and it was like crack on a cd-rom for all of us. my friend used to be obsessed with trading in the game and try to obtain as many stone of jordans as possible lol
Project-K
I remember the old days when stones of jordan were actually rare.

I like d1 story 100x more than d2, i duno, it was so simple.

the devil is down there, kill him.

d2 was more convoluted and drawn out.

anyways, i had a buddy who used to use this 'hack' that just ran his character around the game looking for unique items while he was at school

pretty retarded...and now he plays wow. i'm hoping sc2 will save him.

There's WAY more to the story than just that. You seem to be ill informed on the matter.

If anything, D2 was the perfect length in terms of storyline and gameplay (single player playthrough - about 20 hours of gameplay, minus the expansion).

Probably talking about something like Pindblebot.

I was never into the whole item trade / power leveling / pvp thing. Just seemed boring as . I enjoyed playing the campaign through, watching the amazing cutscenes every time, talking to NPCs even though I knew everything they were going to say by heart. D2 was just one of those games where everything is just so well executed from an artistic standpoint; the story, the gritty dark feel, the music, the cutscenes, the awesome characters. You just don't care that the gameplay is point and click because it was just so awesome. I could listen to Ormus ramble on for hours.

I wonder how they'll revolutionise the "click mouse as fast as you can" gameplay. Man that was awesome. Point, click. Point, click. Point, click click click click. So much fun and requiring so much skill.

They don't need to revolutionize! I love these mindless-games. :D
