How often do you call in sick?

I'm sure a thread like this has already been created, but just out of curiosity, how often do you call in sick and what's your excuse?
There are tons of people in my office that call in sick once every 2-3 weeks. I'm sure it depends on what type of work you do or what type of company you work for, but is it right? |

Personally, for my line of work, if i'm sick one day, they have to find someone to cover my work...
so for me, I personally feel bad taking sick days, and I actually only take sick days when i'm told to go home...
so maybe 2-3 days a year?

| I call in once every two-three months. Last excuse I used was that I stepped on a beehive and got stung by a bunch of bees. I had to fake a limp for a couple of days after that one. |

| It all depends on how serious you are about you're job and what you want to accomplish in life....short term goals or long term......BTW Im loving this broken long weekend we just had.....Im off tomorrow. :tongue3 :crazy: :tongue3 |

and my company actually gave us all Monday off...
So its been the best week ever!

LMAO!! that's hilarious! it sounds like something George from Seinfeld would do... lol.
I rarely call in sick. I drove downtown this morning (from Thornhill) to pick up my laptop from work so i can hurry home and work in my pajamas... :toothless |
