Awesome! Well, that's certainly one option.
Keep me/us posted as to whether it's fully viable, b/c a private venue resolves a whole host of planning issues, & the cost of dropping in sheets of plywood shouldn't be horrendous.

I reckon (as I was just looking), that it is 1000 sq ft which *should* be big enough. Also, we can have the mud room and the kitchen open which would give us another 250 sq ft - the portapottys could go down the side of the house and we have a basement too.

Look at it Andrew darling, those lovely green leaves are WEEDS!
Now, there are some lovely plants down the side that we would have to move (pre-party gardening party) but the rest of the space really doesn't matter as we will be having it remodelled next spring. |

I thought that may be the case, but I didn't want to say your lawn is all weeds :p
So if you think about it, having the party would actually be helping your yard.
Another plus, its in the same neighborhood, so maybe we can have some of the regulars down to join us. Now, someone please post the pic of Jay with the older lady. |

Covering that whole space w/ 1/4" plywood for "flooring", the entire thing would only run about $200.... & I doubt we'd need the whole thing covered... so that'd be easy enough.
So far so good... so is it 100% viable that yours is ze location? |

Well, considering we don't move in until the 22nd, I can't confirm 100% but Adam and I are both in agreement so I can't see a problem.
Like I said in my first post though, I don't have ANY time - we are going to England from the 9-19th August, I have to have our condo packed up by then and we have to move in the weekend of the 22nd not forgetting furniture shopping etc etc.... SO, we can use our space as long as the only thing I have to sort out is the neighbours.
