I never thought of my gift as "having to cover my meal/ticket" etc.. But Holy are ppl really that cheap?
It's a fuking wedding for jeebus sake.. If you are broke then just don't go. I couldn't imagine going to a wedding without giving atleast $100. [which out of MY money is ALOT! considering i'm going to school soon]
When it comes to family especially my girl cousins [i'm next in line to get married] I gave moooooooooooore than enough for their wedding/baby showers.
Once I get to the age where best friends start getting married I will be giving MOOOOOOORE than enough. Not a fuking toaster. Plus Bridal showers. I mean .
I read threads back to front and I don't even want to bother anymore. I know this thread got off topic. |
