Depending on where you are, there is no difference or there could be a world of difference. In Arizona, VZW blows dick, but T-Mobile rocks. So that is a bull argument in general. |
verizon's maps just say no, analog, or digital. how do I compare?
it looks like I'm right on the edge of t-mobile's coverage, too...at least the best versions. it goes down to 3 bars about 2 miles from my house. |

You can't compare by coverage maps. You can have perfect coverage according to maps, but you should try to talk to people in the areas you will be most. Make your decision from there, but be careful also. Realize that the quality of the phone has a HUGE effect on the quality of the signal. Having some phone that was $15 for upgrade ain't going to usually have the reception of a phone that was $200 for upgrade. |

| idk...always heard such bad things about t-mobile's coverage and I almost never have problems with my phone now, no matter where I go. that does look like a much cooler os, though. |

I have T-Mobile myself. I have used ALL the major 4 carriers in the US. I prefer T-Mobile as they have the best rate plans. Their service also generally works for what I need it for. I would like to have faster data, but that is not something that is necessary. I don't have coverage problems very often, and even when I do I can go roam if need be. |

| that's a lot of rationalization for saving a few bucks. |

Prices now are much different than they were when I signed up originally. I spend $80/month and I get unlimited text, mobile to mobile, internet, and 600 minutes. I am not complaining. AT&T is worse than that. |

yeah, but delayed text, inconsistent mobile-to-mobile, slow internet, & 600 dropped minutes is not worth the difference, if that's the kind of service you actually get.
I'd gladly pay another $40 or $50 a month if it meant a big improvement in speed for data & no dropped calls. |

I don't get delayed texts, my mobile-to-mobile isn't inconsistent (not even sure what that would mean?), my internet isn't horrible, but I am not saying it is what verizon has now, and I use 300 minutes a month. No point in me paying for more that I don't use as it is. |

the phones touch pad isn't as great as the Iphone itself but don't get confused with the phone vs the android market.
it'ss a load better than Apple's and the phone just happens to be the first to have it.
I can't wait. UPS just called saying i'm getting it tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Gonna charge it all day though (till battery full) so won't use it till Tuesday probably!:eyespop: |

It's not meant to compete with the iPhone at all. |
