I've thought about that before too. But then I figured that if I knew more about Gandalf, he wouldn't be the mysterious badass mofowizard that he is. |

EXACTLY! Plus, it's more about the ensemble of characters...and I think any more info about Gandalf would have made him too central a player. I mean, he already has special powers and . Good enough, imo. |
