On topic, I have problems with "sh" and "th" sounds but when I listen to recordings of myself, you can't tell. Sometimes, I'm sloppy with "w" sound and come out with "v" instead. |

You sound a bit like a california boy, but you do have that midwest thing going on.. and you do have some NY in ya :p
It depends where I am.. when Im in Canada I try to tone down the NY accent.. It stands out a lot haha.. but when I go home I always have to readjust .. pretty silly

awwwwwww thank you Ian :) I like your accent too! It's not hard to understand. It's cute when you say "adverts and oregano" lololol.
I've spoken to a friend from Yorkshire and his accent is totally different and much harder to understand.
And don't get me started with scottish accents. LOL. It doesn't help that my friend talks fast AND has a scottish accent. He's like "fuwufburbgHIgkleoighnteyhROSE" and I'm usually like "WTF DID YOU JUST SAY?" lol. |
