Most of the dreams I actually remember are lucid ones - it happens about once per week. I don't actually try to lucid dream at all, it just sort of happens that I realize I am dreaming and can direct my thoughts however I wish - most of the time though, I go through long portions of lucidity that eventually degrade in surreality and then I wake up from no longer being able to control them. |

The easiest way to lucid dream is right after you wake up. Don't let yourself fully awaken, but put yourself back to sleep with the knowledge that you are going to be in control of your dreams. |
Yes that is using the WILD technique as they call it. Very good approach to it. |

| Don't really know about dreaming techniques but I do have lucid dreams occasionally. Wierd when you know you're dreaming and that you can have some control over it. I usually find my lucid dreams are the funniest and stupidest and my normal dreams seem more real and get more intense. |

| I take this product called Dream Boost that's a sleep & dream enhancer, and sometimes it gives me Lucid Dreaming to. I have a lot of dreams remember a lot of the contents of the dreams more when I take this stuff. They recommend 1-2 pills on the box, but I just take half and it knocks me out and makes me dream like crazy. |

I find this to be true. When I wake up at a normal time and then sleep in, basically all of my dreams are lucid. |

Take 100mg of diphenhydramine (benedryl) 20 minutes before bed with a glass of milk; when you're lying there, just clear your mind out before you fall asleep; 9 times out of ten it will project you into a powerful lucid dreamstate that is absolutely unreal.
The one I had last week, I realized it was a lucid dream in the lucid dream and was floating above the floor; it was sweet. Every time I woke up within the dream, I'd wake up in my bed in another lucid dream, unable to get back to reality. |
