Someone got shot at Hotel?

Police are looking for one suspect after a bouncer was shot in a downtown club early this morning.
The shooting happened around 3 a.m. at Hotel Boutique Lounge, located on 77 Peter St. When police arrived the victim was in the bathroom suffering from a gunshot wound to his side. The suspect had fled the scene.
He was brought to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries and has since been released.
The shooting investigating is ongoing and police are unsure of the relationship between the victim and the suspect.
Police are looking for a male, black, 5-foot-8, around 200 pounds with grills on his teeth.
Hotel Boutique Lounge is a small club that caters to an upscale, dressy crowd.
Anyone with information is asked to call police at 52 division at 416-808-5201. |

Wow that's ridiculous!! I'm curious to find out what his motive was at 3am...maybe not letting him in cuz they were closing or something?!?! wtf... |

I think it was a female bouncer. Because the headline on thestar.com says 'women shot at downtown nightclub', and then when you actually click on it the title says 'bouncer shot at.....'. So 2 + 2 = female bouncer I am guessing. |

Really? I don't find it that much of a shocker, esp if it was not the typical electronic night that you guys go to and are familiar with. |
