most people here bitch about the waiting times, but they all do the same error and show up just before the main act. You paid 100+ for a show from 9pm to 10am but everyone shows up at midnight.

what do you expect poeple? 7000 people getting in 90 minutes before tiestor the penor thru two entry points.

At hockey games or concert shows they don't frisk people for drugs, everything is fast adn eazy.

so I got in at aroind 12:00, lineup was ok, waited for around 30-40 minutes, Adam K was already on the decks..I was very disappointed with his set, definetly not somone to warm up for Tiesto, Tiesto's set was ok not very impressive, first 2 hrs were sick, alot of energy and bangoing tunes, his last 3 hours sounded all the same. Craig was really good, my favourite for the night and Wizz too, this guy never disappoints.

The place was very crowded during Tiesto's set, I've never seen the bell center that packed, there was no room to dance but the vibe was nice.

The setup was good but I preferred the older setup for the DJ booth. The sound was not good in the back or in some corners.

Overall, it was a good party but I am now convinced that Armin is much better tahn Tiesto when it comes to big raves.

This was the best event of the 3 event i went at the bell centre! The sound was perfect well at least i didn't came out deaf as usual loll the screen for me was awesome and the rest was quite good too but to enter at the bell centre was a bitch i got there at 11h30 and i got in at 12h45.

LASERS... why cant we have those in montreal is it illegal is it to expensive have people never heard of them... what the hell. what was the deal with the white drapes? adam k? craked up much? how many times did he wish us an happy new year? how many time did we have to yell tiesto?
Sound i mean not the best sometimes you could only hear the base and couldnt hear the melody whatsoever. Screen alright lighting alright but it was the exact same set up he had at privilege in ibiza just cheaper nothing original.
Crowd was good everybody was pumped as for the line i got in with the vip but at 9 30 still took about 30 minutes because they had "security problems" the vip pads werent worth it
Tiesto set felt like it was all over the place without really any structure
Overall i had a good time cause i mean how can u go to something like that and not enjoy urself but when i go to these show in montreal and pay that amount of money i expect to get blown away by atleast one thing sound/lights/dj/decorations/crowd and none of those things were outstanding they were just good.

my one MAJOR concern... why didn't they sell glowsticks?! especially since it was written explicitly on the ticket that it was forbidden to bring glowsticks from outside the venue, why didn't they sell any inside? i was very upset by that, cuz the sticks are an integral part of the edm scene.

glowsticks werent allowed. they didnt sell any glowsticks inside. but yet inside some people had them. how does this happen even after going through that thorough search at the entrance?!

the party was ok for me. not excellent. not horrible. ok good and i enjoyed myself.

got there at 12:30 was on the dancefloor at 2pm (after waiting for our guy friends to get searched). not sure i liked the way they did the coat check set up this year. last year was a lot better (it was much faster almost no waiting in line).

note: why let the people go all the way down in the aisles leading to the dancefloor just to tell them at the bottom that this entrance is closed! instead of putting the security down below add someone at the top!

missed tiesto's 1st hour. liked the next 3 hours. lots of in search of sunrise and current trance tracks. i didnt feel any flow in his set but i didnt really care. i expect that from tiesto! absolutely lost me on the last hour. it's not the kind of trance i enjoy. it was too hard. made me runaway to pee after his set (no lines up for me - that was nice).

liked the screen.

pettigrew's music was nice. but i was already too tired. stayed and listened to part of his set in the stands and then i left around 8am.

like ugo and trancission said, sound was not good everywhere. especially weak at the back. it's unfortunate because it WAS packed all the way to the end!

i feel bad for the people who spend so much money on VIPs. i didnt see a lot of people dance on these stages at all. and the line-up for VIPs at the bell is outside!! ouch.

was anyone there early enough to hear blondish? im curious to hear anything about her set.......
crazydafy
Blondish did a prety good job i would of put her before tiesto instead of adam k it was a shame that theyre wasnt a lot of people when they were playing cause im sure they would of made a great impression with a bigger crowd i must say i enjoyed them
klobo
i got in 6 glowy bracelets in my shoe!3 on each side

and as for glow stick,u put it in your balls apperently!!lol

and also, cameras,i asked people how they got it in,it's the same anwser

Keep in mind - it's not a nightclub -- for an event this size *you* have to be prepared to get there earlier. If thousands of ppl arrive just before midnight you can't expect them to process all those extra ppl without some delay. Add to this that Tiesto was scheduled for 1AM and you exacerbate the situation - maybe if they said he was on at 11 (but then had the 'real' set times posted inside) more ppl would've showed up earlier.

Dude, organisation at bell center is always good, even when tiesto was there. But this year, it was bell center staff and security at the door, and i don't think they now how to deal with that kind of event.

having blondish at 11pm instead of adam k probably would've made me go earlier (or motivated me to do so)! but i guess they didnt want house/electro DJs before tiesto...

whats the deal?? its called setting up a mood in the big bell center, make it believe its a smaller room... but idiots like you who don't get it must've just destroyed them.

privilege capacity is well over 10,000 making ticket pricing cheaper, and I bet rent is cheaper too than at the bell center.....

Next time there's a rave that has to be set up in less than 16h, we'll put you in charge and see what you'll come up with. Talk is easy.
