What's with all this gossip?
Their evaluating the offer from Man City and no decision was made. Kaka is a balanced and solid player and he's only starting to mature. Letting a player like this would be a great loss for Milano, seriously. I hope that they keep him. |

I'd hardly say kaka is only starting to mature at the age of 26, he's about as mature as he'll get.
The money being talked would solve all AC milans problems, kaka is replaceable imo. |

Del Piero is a lot older than most of these guys and it took him a couple years to found of his true gifted form. I'd love to see him play like this till the rest of his career :)
Kaka is a youngster compared to him, Zizzy (the legend), Seedorf, Pirlo, Beckham (one of my idol's) & Maldini (idol as well) to name a few. Dinho is there as well, just imagine him in a couple years :eyes:
I played soccer all my life and I'm in Kaka's age. I can't believe some of the things I do nowadays with the ball :) I'm in no league but play traditionally on the soccer fields whereever I can find and I do wonder how my skill matured over the past quarter of my life. |

Taken from the website article; turning down that amount of money shows where the individual's priorities lie and it's quite admirable that in this footballing day and age, a footballer chooses to stay faithful to the club he's build his reputation at over extra dosh in the bank.
Man City are e anyway. |

yeah i think it comes down to thinking about trophies and winning though. AC Milan will probably not land the league (maybe UEFA Cup) this year. but as they stand - are in great shape of qualifying for the UCL next year. Man City will probably survive in the top flight but I doubt they gain enough ground to be anywhere near UEFA Cup (forget UCL).
and there's always next year. should the team turn it around and at mid-season look in good shape to compete next year i'm sure Kaka's agent can make a quick phone call.
i guarantee you if a champion (man utd or barcelona) came calling for him he'd give it more thought - those teams don't have that much money to throw away having spent a lot on other players already.
in the end it's a wise choice for his career. i don't think loyalty had to do as much as people are willing to say it did. |

i may not know soccer but i know sports and professional athletes want to win. if they didn't have that drive and determination they wouldn't be where they are. |
