| Okay, so it seems that Thursday works best for all of us. If the manager won't allow a reservation for 13 people, maybe we should try just going there anyway or finding a different wing spot for Thursday? |

I say we book for 10-12 people and just brag more chairs if more show up
they won't say no! |

Ok, I spoke to the Manager, and apparently it's not that large a place. The dining room sits 40 officially (more at the bar), so he can't reserve for a group as large as us.
He said he is willing to accommodate, and recommended the earlier the better. He said people start coming in at 7:30.
8pm is the earliest I can get downtown after dropping off a PickupPal.
I'm looking into another venue, but I would really like to go to the Crown & Dragon due to their win. I just found the whole article on the competition that started this thread here: http://torontoist.com/2009/01/the_l..._that_could.php
I called Duff's on College, they don't take reservations, so first come 1st served.
I'm thinking of just going to Crown & Dragon, and the manager will do the best to accommodate us. |
