the point is, the whole greed is good mentality is what brought us here in the first place. everyone played a roll in this recession, from the baby boomer kids who wanted to live beyond their means from So Cal to Manhattan, using their credit cards as train tickets and leaving reason behind, why? because being a smart customer is not something that is well paid in a society that encourages over indulgence and over spending. from the big fat elephants in wall street to the college kids who would spend $500 a night, just be part of the in crowd, the 'american dream' ... that mentality, that's what got us here...
