also, you might note that it is the LOVE of money that is the root of all evil. not money itself ;) |
How could love become evil? Surely, it is the things we do to possess love that are evil, not love, itself, right? |

Yeah but everyone knows how love turns men into blind, irrational little boys. |

| I've known many people who make far, far more than I aspire to earn, and not a one of them has struck me as content with the amount of money and things that they own. Not to imply that rich people are more greedy than everyone else lols, more that it's merely human nature to want more and more and more, and to never be content with even the the most unfair of advantages in our little games. |

You'll not hear a bit of dispute from me on that... however, I think it applies to women just the same, or at least in my experience it does. |

Women are just plain stupid, especially when it comes to love and money. I figured that went without saying. Morons.

Nice try, but we all know that you're totally right, even though you are pretending to be right and secretly think that you are wrong in order to lull some of us into buying the wrong things that you say.
No, I'm just kidding, or am I? |

| Isn't the point of creating an alt to show a different side of your personality? You're like, sooooooooo one dimensional. |
|
|
| Aortik |
| Yeah, sure. Too bad I'm not an alt. |

| Silky Johnson |
| That's pretty much exactly what I'm saying. |

money, we should fine people in cattle like the Islamic courts of Somalia.
Materialism is more of the driving force for the ego going nuts(as stated before money is just a medium of exchange). I think in an alternate reality if the world was all of a sudden to start wearing simple cloths and not needing anything beyond the basics, the capitalist engine would always be there ready to add value to these robes and be compensated...and so on it goes.
Some people in consumer oriented societies are so caught up in a cycle of gratification for more and more, as if feeding a beast, and they dont look any happier, just more malicious. then emerges these cultures of people patting people on the back saying its ok to change cars every week...
I dont know what to say, Im not a communist by any means, but if you are a state like Sweden then your capitalist drive(to get more for yourself) will have tremendous benefits to the society, so it aint so bad.
cue o rly's cronies to rip on me for being socialist |
