Comfort Zone? What the ??

To sum up:
"The more high people are, the less attitude they have."

Doesn't take a feminist to figure that one out.

Now, keeping ALL of that in mind (did you learn something new?) I would like to recount some of my experiences. In the past year and a half that I have been in the house music scene, I have attended many great events and met so many incredible, wonderful people (and listened to some great music while I was at it!) In the house music scene, the MUSIC is all that it’s about.lol, yeah right

And the place I felt it most at…… was Comfort Zone. Who would believe me if I told them I felt in my element and completely comfortable at Comfort Zone! :) The atmosphere… is unparalleled to any other music/social event I have ever attended."

When people at these parties eat skittles tasting each color of the rainbow and snort their cat's medication ofcourse everyone will be much more friendly lol

and Comfort Zone??? Come on! Half of the crowd at Comfort Zone don't even realize they are at Comfort Zone, while the other half is sketching out...

Actually it takes two feminists to figure it out. One to bitch about why a man figured this out sooner and the other to prepare dinner.

lol i asked for her permission before posting this. it was a post to show someones appreciation of the scene who took the the time to express it. i knew this would bring up some argument/bashing. im not taking sides, i just wanted to see how many of you would respond which has been quite clear so far

when someone keeps saying "house music scene" only obviously doesnt really know much of the electronic scene and therefore IS a n00b and naive to the whole thing...

LOL dude it's TOTA did you expect anything different?

I guess Chinamon's threads this week have been lacking so we gotta take it out on something(one) else.

Cept for those popcorn pics. LOL that's just classic.

Good enough then :)
I love that she posted it.. shes just showing her love for the scene and how much better it really is than the top40 scene. Nothing wrong with a little appreciation.

Barb she is clearly bashing the Top 40 scene and men in the Top 40 scene...

and also all that crap about feminism...

Chinamon used to play with Pink Barbie Dolls when he was a kid all the time, now he just sucks on hookah hoses. He grew up fine and straight?

This scene is very accepting. The variety of people I have in my life from the scene is amusing, and I love it.

She is definitely right about the vibe of the party, I am forever sad that I can no longer enjoy a rock concert. I mean really why does no one dance. Boooorrrrrrring! I'll listen at home, but won't pay for one now. Parties do not compare.

I thought this read was going to accent the reasons that dj's are predominantly male. meh.
