WTF is with couple hater/dumb posts on the previous page?
The subject of this conversation is not to regulate any of you and your once a year posts that really hold no weight when you don't even see the picture, but to elect a person to keep the NYTA section nice and clean from none ending promoter threads.

I made this suggestion two times. One had a fairly good response when we unofficially made Z the new mod. Nothing happened (I'm not surprised). Part of the reason why I haven't been on the boards as much is because there are way too many promo threads. Week after week they show up. It's annoying and clutters the board. As previously stated a New England board would be nice. As well as one for DC, VA, MD etc.

I think it will be too dead if we made a section for NE and NY.
We can all shoot the together - like regular discussion threads.
Maybe each state can have a sticky Events thread (like midwest section or even w. Coast forums)
There shouldn't be 4 threads for every party.. 1 hype and roll call and then 1 review.

No more of these wack ass parties being made into a thread. Simple post in the events section. TA doesn't support filesharing or lame ass threads. Lol.

i dont mind reading waht you have to say or sharing your jokes, its just that quite often "personal jokes" drown the topic by being 90% of the posts.
im not tryin to limit anything, it would just be nice if you learned some basic forum etiquette, or at least learn to use the 'edit' button.

+1 You're right. I've never had a problem searching for events in the West Coast Forums. I believe NorCAL and SoCAL have their own stickies, then theres a separate sticky for areas such as Vegas/Colorado/Utah etc.
Stickies for Boston/CT/New England & DC/VA/Philly should work out nicely.
YES, i totally LOVE it when some *NEW* promoter who has NEVER posted on here creates an account, and all of a sudden we see like a zillion new threads advertising EACH party they are promoting for. i agree that needs to be regulated. :rolleyes:

TBH, I was just telling Sheila the other day how much better TA was..It seems to be more informative these days..More about parties and less about personal issues..Oh well..
