7. ...and some stuff to horrible to talk about

I heard on the radio the other day that some men look at their wives/gfs differently after having kids. Particularly men who actually saw the kid coming out, or went anywhere near that lower area during the birth. I guess it grossed them out, and now their sex life has dramatically declined, b/c it disgusted them.

Yes that does happen to some men, because childbirth does things to the human body, that you think is not possible (I'm not going to get graphic here..) I was too blown away at the time to really think about anything sexual. Some men are big sissies around blood and other things.
Your sex life takes a nosedive anyway after you have children, that's just the way it goes, a woman's hormones (I believe) are
out-o-wack for a long while after giving birth. Plus a colic child (constant crying) is natures birth control, you are just too tired, believe it or not.

Maybe men SHOULD be left in the waiting room, I know it sounds a little 1950s but we really don't contribute that much to the whole process anyway:stongue:

IF I had my own kids, I would definitely want my husband to stay at the top half of the birth!

It's easier to punch him in the face and grab his nuts, if he's up there!:stongue:

...Lisa you're too young to be even thinking about this stuff anyway, go have fun!!

my Mom has me when she was 35 - I'm liking that idea :) I actually read somewhere that women are at the peak of their health at 35 and it's the best time to have kids

Ya my mom was around that age too I think. I don't want to get married til I'm close to 30, and IF I did the kid thing I would want to be married for at LEAST 5 years first.

Anything before 40 is pretty safe.

After 40, your chances of having complications goes way up.

Actually a woman's body recovers from the stresses of being pregnant faster in their early 20s, but I personally think that is WAY too young. Nature and society, unfortunately, they don't always work well together.

i hope this aspect of me doesn't change, which it feasibly could if i actually witnessed the child birth, but the fact that my wife's womb held my child and the whole miracle aspect of it would make me want to bang her even more...obviously won't be as tight maybe but there are surgical solutions to that :p lol j/k
