I'm doing a victory lap right now on a chem degree, organic was easy... I just drew honeycombs and arrows all over the place and turned my test in.

I always take the leader role because I know how to get done without micromanaging people. Peons need direction. Can't tell you how many times I've been in group situations where everyone is just sitting around staring at each other like a bunch of in zombies. DUH WHUT DO WE DO??? Ffs, guess I'll take charge. AGAIN. Not that I mind...but I like to give other people a chance.

Same here. The way I see it, I would rather be the one with the pressure of leadership than the one being told what to do.

If I believe I can do it better than someone else, I'll do it. I actually enjoy leadership in a way which I've been told is a rare trait as most people tend to shy away from it.

OP - Stress about it to help you learn but don't stress about it too much. You're the only one at the end of the day that can do anything about it in the future.

Those people that want to lead a group are never the right ones to do it.

That's because 99% of those people are like those ing activists in uni that seem to think they will be the next Prime Minister/President/King bla bla bla.

I wouldn't say never but your statement is generally, sadly, pretty true.
