That makes no sense whatsoever.
No person with half a brain is going to take these clowns seriously--this is not the point. The point is that a good portion of the American population will take fox news seriously--as an accurate source of information--and that is a serious concern.
As it happens I'm going to be at a reception this evening with Lieutenant-General Andrew Leslie. It should be interesting to hear what he thinks about America's reaction to all of this. |

This is really stupid, for a NEWS station to broadcast such stupid things. Like what someone else said, we only make fun of Americans on sitcoms or comedy shows not on the news, and we depict them as ignorant and stubborn people which is apparently clear here.
I had a friend who served in the Canadian Army who got killed in Afghanistan last week, had three weeks left on duty. Watching this made me very angry. |

You know..I really ing hate it when Canadians say that we shouldn't care..that we shouldn't make a fuss... that noise....we have four soldiers that just died, for a war that wasn't even ours to begin with..hell ya we should be mad!!! do you believe for a moment that the American's would take that type of being said about their boys and girls of the millitary??? I have no problem with our government demanding an apology on our behalf..for once they actually grew some balls..
so before people start whining about how we should bend over and take it up the ass without the astroglide..imagine how the families of our men and women feel about such comments..let alone the families of the four soldiers that were flown back to Toronto today..
don't mean to go on a tirade but this crap really angers me.. |

Afghanistan isn't Canada's war? Ignorant comments like this frustrates me to no end
Just like couple of Yanks say stupid stuff, I've heard way too many Canadians who feel like they are on some sort of moral high horse and lip off to the Yanks WITHOUT KNOWING WHAT THE THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT.
Yeah. Fox news said something stupid. Let's not forget that Canadians have said their share of stupid things as well. |
