And with that, he has lost all credibility..permanently. ******** is an able-bodied adult who chooses to be a societal parasite..who chooses to live on the dole...because the world "owes" him his food/clothing/housing/tv/internet and the scuba gear he mentioned in a COR post a few weeks back where he was asking for good tourist spots to visit because he is "bored" lying around all day..

God what a scumbag.. You are just a petulant little boy ashley. You contribute nothing to society. You have produced nothing in your life..zero, zip, nada..and all of the ideas you support lead down the same path..not to production, but to the looting and expropriation of wealth created by others. Your philosophy is based on feel-good theories and noble intentions..rather than practical RESULTS. It's time for you to grow up and live in the real world buddy.

WTF? This is a bit much, don't you think?

I'm done with this useless debate. If you want to defend a regime which puts hundreds of thousands of its own citizens in death camps, then by all means, wallow in your willful ignorance.

So how long do you think W Ashley would last in North Korea? Not in one of its many prisons but just living his life over there?
Aren't North Koreans prohibited from eating more than 2 meals per day? Isn't their regime almost as repressive as some of the regimes found in Africa?
There's a difference between your typical American prison where people who shoot other people, drive under the influence, or commit burglary are stting in jail versus a country like Korea where you're jailed for criticizing the government b/c you haven't blindly obeyed a vicious dictator's law of the land.

If you have a disdain for all things American you're welcome to leave the US anytime you choose to. In North Korea, on the other hand, you're stuck in a country that's like one big prison where you don't have the luxury of just getting up and leaving.

BTW, your knowledge of nazi Germany is warped and limited at best. They did a FEW bad things? They didn't just line up all the jews of Germany they could find and execute them. No, they systematically hunted down all the Jews of the world, including those who'd converted to Christianity or were non religious, and including those who were trying to flee Germany or Europe. Then they boarded them on trains like wild animals, all packed like sardines, and within a couple of days thhey dropped them off at concentration camps (if they survived the ride). Then they completely stripped them of their dignity and of humanity by torturing them day and night, as they please, and experimented on them in test labs.
Oh yeah, they also did the same to gypsies, homosexuals, Germans who opposed nazism (or just criticized Hitler), etc. They also saw East Europeans, Arabs, and especially blacks, as inferior to the "master race", and planned on turning them all into servants.

Nazi Germany was one of the darkest periods in German history, which is sad as the Germans up till 1933 (or perhaps up until 1914?) were among the most enlightened peoples in the world.

Looking like a Nigerian scam. Do you realize how stoned you look in your picture? No one in their right mind would become your business partner, Mr. Welfare. Especially when you mis-spell "distribution".

I also noticed out of 60-ish feedback he's left for others, he left 20 negatives and 15 neutrals for many reliable sellers with thousands of positive feedbacks. Ashley has serious problems.

Only an idiot would defend North Korea as an ideal society. Refer to above post...

Let's just conclude that North Korea is a secret paradise on Earth, a hidden and mysterious jewel where people are happy and whose political and economic system is the model for the world. ;)

PS I'm neutral. Nazi Germany did a few bad things but except for zyclon most allied nations were doing much the same, russia was also killing tons, japan was killing tons, america nukes two cities, britain bombed places to hell. The story goes on. War is ugly.

I cant say Russia didn't do near the same to what the Nazi's did.
Japan did a lot of gruesome stuff to the Chinese (unit 412 or whatever)
Britain did bomb a lot of cities, however it wasn't really their fault since Germany started it.
America nuking 2 cities..I'm not sure if people knew what would happen after the bombs were dropped but they were dropped to save the lives of possibly hundreds of thousands of American/allied troops.

None the less Nazi germany wasn't all really bad, they had good tastes

no...it just came into power though bullying and getting rid of the competitors though violent acts. Becoming a police state and then selecting groups for genocide, oh and starting a war by invading a neighboring country I almost forgot about that part, silly me

In all seriousness, ********, you need are in obvious need of professional help. I understand as well as anyone that differing opinions are healthy for a society, but seriously mate, you're heading towards a point of being written-off. For your own sake, get yourself sorted.

Remember, you live in a society that will openly help you (your doctors have taken a Hippocratic Oath - and not an oath to some freak dictator). You are a lot luckier than you know.

Here's what happens when you try to enter North Korea on your own - its called "illegal entry" and is punishable by a long, hard-ass jail term. You can only go in on tightly-supervised tours (which show jack ) and certain areas only, thats the truth of it. Or else your ass belongs to Kim. So much for Ashley's claims that North Korea is open - far from it.

North Korea jails US journalists

quote:

A court in North Korea has sentenced two US journalists to 12 years' hard labour, state media say.

Euna Lee, a Korean-American, and Laura Ling, a Chinese-American, were found guilty of "hostile acts" and illegal entry into the communist state.

They were arrested in March after allegedly crossing into North Korea from China.

The trial comes amid growing tensions over North Korea's nuclear programme which is prompting US-led sanctions.

"The trial confirmed the grave crime they (the reporters) committed against the Korean nation and their illegal border crossing as they had already been indicted and sentenced each of them to 12 years of reform through labour," state-run KCNA news agency said in a brief report.

The news agency gave no further details.

Clemency appeal

Euna Lee and Laura Ling were arrested by North Korean guards while working on the China-North Korea border on a story about refugees for California-based internet broadcaster Current TV.

Some reports have suggested that the women were held while on Chinese soil, but Pyongyang's state media say they had illegally entered North Korea.

The women's families have appealed for clemency and asked Pyongyang and Washington not to link the case to the current diplomatic stand-off between them.
