So we have 3 people using synth 1 now?!
Thats awesome, I'm so much more motivated to do a decent job now knowing other people are using the same synth for theirs.
I won't be turning my track in anytime soon because I really wanna take my time with this, I'm actually having more fun then I've had in a while so thanks jive.
I'd def recommend more challenges like this in the future. |

| Are you allowed to synthesize the kick useing the synth you are useing? I know it's certainly possible to create everything in a psy track minus the hats (which you often don't use anyway) useing just a synthesizer and eqs etc. I take it you don't have to use all 5 909 sounds in your track then? |

This has already been covered. Yes, you can use a synth to make everything. You just can't use pre-made perc samples that come with some ROMplers. |

I will have a go at this.
I am going to use the simple TS404 synth that comes with FL. No one else has mentioned this and I am keen to show how powerful it can be when used creatively. |

will have a go if i have time.. way too busy atm, maybe next week i can have a crack... i love percussion work, so will be glad to have a crack at the samples :D
i think the limits on the synth might've been a little harsher... it's not that challenging to make a good track with one synth and 5 percs...
only 2 patches would have been interesting :p
can i use my TI? or is it just vsts? |
